50 ml. of milk
300 ml. of warm water

First step
Mix flour
sugar
nutmeg
yeast
salt in the first bowl
Mix egg
milk
water in second bowl

Second step
Mix all together.
And mix a little time to combine all ingredients together very well.
After that, cover your dough and put it in a warm place for 20-30 min.
You can see how quickly this dough grows.

Third step
We're gonna make our Boflot deep-fried.
You can shape it into balls with your hand or with spoon and fry them in boiling oil.
Turn them over to the other side so that they are evenly fried and put them on a paper towel.
